Hi all Smile

'Bit' of an issue after updating with the above error...

KMS upgraded from 6.5.1 to 6.6.1 (KWF installed and setup at the same time) this morning.

Clients using a mix of the Online and Offline connectors, the online ones are fine, the offline ones now have a problem connecting.

Error message is "(For technical support: 0x80042004, Synchronizator::getServerInfo: Synchronizator is not in online mode.)"

1 Machine running XP & Office 2007 the Connector updated itself and is working.
2-3 Machines running win2000 SP4 & Office 2003 SP3 with the Online Connector are ok.
Other machines running win2000 SP4 & Office SP3 with the Offline Connector do not update automatically - the Kerio taskbar icon is in 'offline' mode.

Have updated the Connector and it still says 'offline', repair install aswell as removed & new install.

Ran ccclean (cleaned registry) and reinstalled from MSI.

Updated Windows 2000 to Service Pack 4 'Update Rollout 1 v2' and reinstalled Office 2003 Service Pack 3 with KOC uninstalled, then installed it from downloaded .exe. Still the same issue!

Have sent my debug logs and info into support so will post back here what it takes to fix it! Smile

Do you have .Net 1.1 installed on those machines? That was added to the system requirements for Win2000 machines.

Turn off 'secure connection' within the Connectors tab.

List of Troubleshooting:

IP addresses instead of servername - no change.
.Net 1.1 - already installed & reinstalled.
.Net 2.0 - already installed & checked.

Our workaround of not using a secure connection is still working on this network of 35 machines. I relayed this to our contact at Kerio around 2 weeks ago and have yet to have any other updates.

Good luck anyone else with this issue! Smile
