New to Kerio MS and am in need of some guidance. I have two users who are experiencing trouble with receiving email on their Iphones. We have a total of seven users with Iphones and the others (myself included) haven't had any issues.

They receive, "cannot establish a connection to the server".

The two users have had their phones for a while longer than the others and one is the first gen and the other is a 3G. I'm running the latest version of mailserver and the phones have the latest firmware update.

I've found that the issue might be related to a corrupt item, either email or calendar. Is this something that I need to explore further? Or is this something that I can correct within mailserver.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Many thanks in advance,
Pavel Dobry (Kerio)

Please enable Activesync debugging on the server (as described in the manual) and contact our technical support. I think we will be able to find the cause.

we had this issue with a single user and his iphone after we migrated his account from a local account to an OD account

our solution

in the user account of kerio admin console

go to the users mobile devices, remove the iphone from the list accept the popup prompt.

then on the iphone, under the mail account settings, turn the calendars, contacts and mail services off then on againfor the kerio account in question to force a refresh

user is back online fully again - but does have to download all his contacts again and calendars and some mail so reccomended to be on wifi for this to take place
