hi there,
I'm using a slightly older version of Kerio (6.1.1 patch 1) which I paid for.

I've recently set up forwarding for one of my email accounts. Any mail hitting that mailbox is configured to be forwarded to my Mobileme account and also to be kept locally ('deliver messages to both mailbox and forwarding address' is checked).

I noticed that some emails do not appear to be delivered locally, but only forwarded. These emails show up in my Mobileme mailbox (which they can only hit after being run through Kerio) but do not show in my actual local mailbox.

Is there an explanation for this? Is it maybe a bug that has been fixed in a more recent version of Kerio?

What mail client (and version) are you using ?
Is the mail also missing from kerio webmail?
Did you check any filtering or your spam/junk folder in your mail client?

I'm using the latest version of Mail on OSX as my mail client. I've not checked Kerio webmail but I will do that next time I spot a missing email, thanks for the tip.

I checked my filter in my mail client, the emails weren't there (all mail is pre-filtered anyway before it hits Kerio so I rarely get any spam).
