Hello,

I've just upgraded KMS installation from version 6.5.2 to 6.6.2. It looks nice and more stable than previous one, but I have one small problem with it. Some of my users use Outlook Express as their MUA. In previous versions (up to 6.5.2) deleted e-mails were crossed over and (if set in OE) dropped to deleted items on exit.
Now (with KMS v.6.6.2) when one click on 'delete message' such message just disappears. There is nothing in 'deleted items', 'trash' or any other folder.

Could someone confirm such behaviour on new KMS? Is there any way to move deleted messages to 'deleted items' folder in OE?

Regards,
Konrad

Hi,

I can confirm the same behavior on KMS 6.6.2.

When deleting message it's being purged automatically and doesn't move to Deleted Items folder.

Moreover when I do the same on OS X's AppleMail => message goes to Deleted Items folder.

Why such behavior on MSOE ?

There is a fix.

http://support.kerio.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=v iewarticle&kbarticleid=493

This is what i did to get back to putting the deleted items in the Deleted Folder.

This will fix your problem.

It's always useful to check the KB just to see if a similar problem has been reported.
