KWF can't prevent users from telling their username/passwords to other users. It's up to each user.

no soultion to this problem ????

The only thing you can actively do is monitor if people are logged in at multiple locations and then disable their account.

in most ( old ) servers you can't login in same time in same user/password Shocked

if you do ..you get this message or something like

" user already login " Confused

but in KWF ..EVERY ONE CAN LOGIN FROM ANY WHERE IN ANY TIME BY ONE USER/PASSWORD .. Mad Mad

hope you solve this .. Smile

All u can do is monitoring them, & block that user who use other users accounts

u can do this by blocking his MAC address..

since Kerio doesn't support blocking by MAC, u need another software doing that for you.

I use (Sygate Firewall) to do this on ISA server
I really didn't try it with Kerio, but I think it'll do fine

(SygateFirewall) working fine on WinXP and 2003

so all u have to do is telling that user to respect your rules,
If he didn't , block his MAC

If he wise enough & know how to change MAC address,
the only solution left for you, cut his wire Smile
if he is wireless, then god help you

comparing with all other software in this category, Kerio Winroute covers most needed features. It's easy to use, to customize. etc

about this bug, I can't deny that it's a big hole in Kerio security, and this give me a hope that it'll be fixed at later versions.

Yes we all here asking for these features for long long time:
-Binding IP to MAC address
-Block/allow with Mac address
-just 1 account used by 1 MAC/IP/USER/Group - AND when logged in , no one (No other MAC/IP/Group) can use this account at the same time.

I really can't understand why these feature not present tell now.

Anyway..
I hope Kerio.inc give us just 1 reason WHY

The reason is very simple - they just don't care. Wink
