Hi All

Wonder if any of you can help.

I am getting the following error in Outlook 2007 "Cannot move the items. The item cannot be moved. It was either already moved or deleted, or access was denied"

This happens when I try to move a piece of mail from the users inbox (Kerio Offline connector) mailbox to a folder in an different imap account.

I have tried the following but still cannot get it to work:

• Removed and reinstalled accounts
• Reinstalled Kerio Outlook Offline Connector and Outlook 2007 with NO updates.
• Rebuilt the index.fld file
• tested in Mac Mail. Moving data works fine so cant be a server side issue.
• Ensured Kerio is latest available patch and so is KOFF.

If anyone has any ideas on what I might be able to do to fix this I would be happy to hear them.

Thanks

Daniel.

Hi

I dont seem to get this anymore, im running Kerio 7.3.1 patch2 with Outlook 2007 and all latest updates.

However it could be that people just dont move much stuff or just dont complain about it anymore.

I done a quick test and it didnt happen in my install of outlook 2007 with all latest updates and an IMAP account and a Kerio Account which is my primary account.
