No Answer anybody...

Do you suggest migrating to Exchange first and then from Exchange to Kerio??

We have migrated some clients from Groupwise to Exchange and used

which is a really good tool. I am not aware of a tool that migrates Groupwise to KMS.

I would not go via Exchange. You will lose data when migrating to Exchange. And then, you will lose even more data when migrating from Exchange to KMS.

In your case, depending on how big your Groupwise installation is, I would use manual exports of mails, apointments etc. and then import them. People could also use their smart phones to sync their data and then sync it back to KMS.

I'm just after few tests.
Unfortunately I don't have any great news for you.

I tried many tools and... I'm happy that I have only 40 users to migrate. I migrated already 5 users mostly using MS Outlook and unlikely Shocked GW Outlook connector. There exist some tools which you can test for free but I wasn't happy with it so I decided to migrate mailboxes a bit manually.

Rolling Eyes you need direct access to every account to do it, it means you need to know theirs passwords or reset it Rolling Eyes

Cool without any error Cool

Calendar - just export form GW and import in Outlook
if there is many calendars do it for every single one

Contacts - I tried export to csv, etc, etc. It sucks. The easiest way was to create profile in Outlook with KOC and add email account trough GW connector. Then just select all contacts from GW and CTR+C and in Kerio CTR+V

Shocked Shocked Shocked with many errors Shocked Shocked Shocked
I tired to use imapsync which is using IMAP to syncing folders between servers and this tools seems to be the best but still with many errors. GW has many strange tags or flags which I was not able to remove from messages so Kerio will not accept it. Be careful because it will sync calendar as well but sometimes with errors. You can use option exclude and move this what you don't want to sync to that folder.

So far...
Because of to many non-resolved errors I just manually copied folder by folder in MsOutlook. If there is more then ~1.5k messages in folder you will receive errors as well so is better to split that job. Easy way to check if there was any errors just search for any emails with size = 0. If to many copy again less amount of emails.

Kerio will not accept task/notes files from GW
Draft files you need to move to any another folder if you are using imapsync or use Outlook to copy it.

I hope it helps you a bit (if you can understand my English Smile
