We have 6 Resources active on our KMS, 2 conference rooms and 4 pieces of equipment. The problem we're having is it's difficult to keep track of each resource because we have to open a separate calendar for each Resource. It makes jumping back and forth between a each room and equipment and checking to see if all is in place.

My question; is there a way to have one integrated Resource calendar for all the Resources? I've suggested this as a feature request by submitting a ticket already. But I'd like to know if there is a workaround that exists to make it happen now.

I'd like to view one calendar and see all the booked resources at once, possibly color coded if it can. I'd be willing to do this in Entourage 2008 or iCal, whichever makes it possible.

Any ideas?
