Hi,

My store.fdb file >3.1GB is fragmented... Iusually use OO defrag prof v11.My system has 16% framentation and is imposible to resolve ....

what can I do?

Copy -> Paste -> Delete Original -> Rename Copy to Store.FDB

All fragments will be gone.

Alternatively, you could empty the cache via Control Panel -> Mail

Open the properties for the Kerio connection and go to the Repair tab. Click the Empty button.

This will delete your store.fdb file and re-download all of your mail from the server. Since it's recreating the file, all of the fragments will be gone.
