Why not try to use opendns ?

Best scenario is to have a local dns server, who use opendns's forwarders. And you fetch the clients dns's servers via dhcp.

you can configure your ips in opendns page , and control what kind of dns queries you allow into your networks.

They also have default content control, that you can finetune even with your own whitelist. It's great.

Give it a try,i'm sure you wont be disappointed.

have fun

PS : And you can also block proxy ports (ej : 8080,3128) , that way only pure http ports can work.

PS2: In opendns content categories, the "adult" one , blocks by default proxy and anonimyzer sites. Thats what you want, buddy

openDNS works. Jeez, it really works. Thanks m8 Very Happy

This is what I did:

- go to
- Just choose basic when you sign up
- Instructions will follow (Instructions is so easy.

You have to have a DNS server (Active Directory server for you to use OpenDNS.

I don't know if Active directory DNS server is really required, I just followed the instruction Very Happy

I think that would be such a low-life thing to do. Who cares? Why does it bother you so much.
I know when I ask questions I may have some extra details that other questions of a similar (notice...things can be similar and it is ok). I am also looking for answers tailored to my well as new perspectives from different users.
And as far as proxy sites do know they get shut down all the time right? So asking a new questions is actually really good because it gets new and updated listings.

You can define URL Groups, include the sites you mention before, and than define URL Rules to block this Groups.
