My problem is: in my Microsoft outlook -> go to Email account, i just edit in Your name and Email address with another user. (example: my email detail is: Dao Cong The, and email address: the.dc<_a.t_>abc.com and changed with another user such as: Nguyen Ngoc Tuan (CEO), email is: tuan.nn<_a.t_>abc.com but still send/receive successfull even now Logon information not change anything. The email that I sent to everyone was show up with CEO full name and his email address. I can't belive it. Please help me to solve this problem!!! Thanks a lots all of you.

That's the problem with the SMTP protocol. You can spoof the sender address. That's what all spammers do.

Do you have another solution for this issue? What can I do to improve email security with kerio mail server? Thanks for your helpful quickly reply.

This is not an issue with Kerio Mail Server, but with the SMTP protocol. The values in the From and Reply-To fields are free text and can have any value. In any case, it is possible to see who actually sent the message when you check the message headers:

Received: from  ([10.1.25.6])
	(authenticated user user<_a.t_>example.com)
	by server.yourdomain.example.com (Kerio MailServer 6.6.1)
	(using TLSv1/SSLv3 with cipher AES256-SHA (256 bits))
	for you<_a.t_>example.com;
	Tue, 17 Feb 2009 05:19:01 +0100


The Kerio account name is displayed in the "authenticated user" line.
