make this Rule

Sours = Internet
Destination = Firewall
Service = FTP
Action = Permit
NAT = No NAT

Be sure there is no other rule above this one may block incoming connections to port 21=FTP
OR
put this Rule above all yours.

- what do u want, web chat or chat application like MSN messenger

Anyway..

Read Help file about:
- (Http filtering)
- (services & how to define a new service)
- (how to block something through [Traffic Policy]

I really don't have time now, but I hope you read about these subjects, & tell me exactly what you want to block:
- applications like Yahoo messenger or msn messenger
- chat website (URL filtering method)

see you later with more details Smile
Good luck,,,
