Hi!

I'm currently fiddling about with the trial of the mailserver, and it seems like a nice alternative to Exchange.
There's one problem though: When i compose an email using the Safari browser (v3 & v4 beta, doesn't matter), the email format is always plain text. I've tried using firefox and IE, and both seem to default into HTML instead of plain text.
Am I missing an option somewhere?

Hi ,

Yes, you are missing something.

Log into webmail > Click on Settings > Settings > Mail Composing > Uncheck "Compose Mesages in HTML format".

Hopefully that helps.

Hi again!

This option is only present in Firefox, not in Safari.
And I think you're missing the point, the whole idea is that I want to be able to compose HTML in Safari Smile

You're right. The option does not exist in Safari. It is not possible to compose HTML messages in Safari and that's why the option does not exist.

To confirm, refer to this section of the manual:

Thanks

I see Sad
So the problem lies with Safari then? In that case I'll poke Apple, but it's not likely they'll pay much attention now is it Razz

I thank you for your time Smile
