We have roughly 1100 mac users using kerio and we are implementing calendars on a large scale.

What I hope to do is create multiple calendars for each of my buildings that are standardized:

District Calendars
-Building 1
--Events cal
--Sports cal

-Building 2
--Events cal
--Sports cal

-Building 3
--Events cal
--Sports cal

I will then combine the specific calendars from each building into 1 specific district cal. I will post the combined cals on our webpage.

Now my first issues.

When I run the integrate with Mac option and set up iCal I can not see the sub folders past the District Calendars. I can subscribe to them but they are not automatic.

Any thoughts?

Jeff

iCal (CalDAV) does not define hierarchy of calendars. Therefore all calendars are on the same level. This unfortunately means that only calendars from root of mailbox can be synchronized to iCal. Calendar sub-folders are not visible to CalDAV clients.

Thanks for the reply. This is what I was afraid of.

I guess I will just have to keep everything on the same level.

Has anyone else set up cals like this.?

Jeff
