Its a little bit funny - when i'm at my office the kerio outlook connector works fine. So i have access to my normal email accounts and my webmail account. But when i'm at home there is only my web mail account left in outlook. My normal Pop3 email accounts does not exist. (OL2003 + Vista home).
Why does this happen?
How can i remove the outlook connector from my outlook.
When i use the system - deinstall my outlook doesnt start anymore.
There is only a message that the kofmsp.dll ist not found or started and the standard mail account could not be opened.

Help me please - urgently.

Best regards in advance!

Something messed up the kerio installation. You have to uninstall the kerio connector. You have to get rid of the kerio related account in outlook. You can do that by going into control panel/mail (or control panel/control panel x86/mail) and removing the kerio entries. After that you can put it all in again following the standard directions. It doesn't always work for us the first time and if either the .exe install file or the .msi install file doesn't work, try the other one.

You can delete the connector by going into control panel, then selecting add/remove programs (or its equivalent in vista). Select the kerio connector entry and install it.

You then have to remove the kerio definition(s) from the control panel/mail entry as mentioned earlier.
