I've posted this problem 24 march in this group. Finally I was advised to report this to support<at>
I have now done this twice, but haven't received any replies yet!
What do I have to do to get an answer???

We had a problem, that might be the one you are having.

We use AVG antivirus, and when it is running the same server as Kerio, AVG would block access to the emails that had viruses in them. This was annoying, as we have Kerio with the AV option installed so it would deal with viruses (or at least it was meant to).

We had to change a setting in AVG to stop it scanning email files, and Kerio then stopped having problems processing emails that had a virus in them.
