Hey everyone! I just discovered that Entourage is not displaying the correct time on inbound received messages and on any messages that are created outside of the email client (such as an iPhone via ActiveSync). Here are some specific examples:

1. I received a notice at 12:00 midnight indicating that my Kerio backup was successful. On my iPhone, it came in showing the time as being 12:00 am. I checked webmail and it also says 12:00 am. However, when I look at the message in Entourage 2008, it says the message came in at 11:00 pm.

2. My wife received a message from a client at 6:30 pm tonight and responded about 7:30 pm from her cell phone. Her cell phone shows the clients message as 6:30 pm and my wife's response in sent items as being 7:30 pm. In her Entourage 2008 (different computer), the message shows that it was received at 5:30 pm and that she sent the message at 6:30 pm.

Obviously, there is some glitch somewhere in Entourage where it is not recognizing the daylight savings time change. However, the strange part is all the servers have the correct time, the desktop computers have the correct time and when I click to create a new event in Entourage calendar, it also shows the correct time. So, parts of Entourage does recognize the correct time, but not with the mail folders/messages.

I just updated my Entourage to 12.1.5, but that didn't help anything with the existing messages, but as I am typing this, I just received message from one of my other Kerio servers indicating that the backup was successful and that message is showing the correct time!

So, is anyone else experiencing this and if so, what version of Entourage 2008 are you using and for those of you who are already running Entourage 2008 12.1.5, did you ever have a problem with this? I wonder if this update corrected the issue?

Entourage has it's own prefs for timezone. It doesn't listen to the OS. Make sure that's set to the correct timezone as well.
