Hello,

I configured the access rights for one user (+admin) within admin console of Kerio. In webmail it works fine. When I log in I can access the archives sorted by month.

But how can I see these archives in Outlook? I use KOC Offline Edition 6.5.2.
Public Folders or shared folders are no problem, but archives??

thx
Sandy

You can't specify archive access rights through the admin console. In the archive directory, there should be an acl.fld file that controls access to the archives.

why? in webmail it works perfectly.

I looked into acl.fld and there was listet admin and my user.
admin has following rights: lrswicda
for my user is lr enough, but also with lrswicda the archives are not shown in outlook.

I didn't catch that you're using KOC Offline. You can't view the archives with KOFF. I submitted a support request about it when KOFF first came out, and I was told it was not possible because of the amount of data that would have to be downloaded. I can appreciate how much data that would be after seeing how large the database gets for my account alone.
