Anyone have any ideas how to forward and email account to another user? I have users that go on vacation and they would like to forward there email to another employee. I of course can do this but I would rather them do this themselves. Is this possible?

Three ways:

1. share the absent user's inbox and let the other user subscribe to the inbox

2. make a mail rule in the absent user's inbox (web interface) to forward all incoming mail to the other user

3. fire up the KMS admin tool and forward all the mails to absent_user<_a.t_> to other_user<_a.t_>

Personally, I like #1 best, but that's no forwarding. For the web interface forwaring rule, see the attached picture Smile

Have your user log in to the webmail. From there, they can click "settings", and can setup their own forwarding. They can also set up an "out of office" message.
