Hi,

is it possible to download e-mails to local disk so they are deleted from server, using KOFF?

Or is there any other option how can I achieve this?

Thanks

Probably not. The purpose of KOFF (and KOC) is to make Outlook behave like you are using Exchange, which means messages are stored on the server. Generally, POP3 access is used to download message to a local message store from the server, but of course you'd lose shared folders, contact, calendars, & etc.

Good is better than evil because it's nicer

You can have two accounts, one using KOC/KOFF and one using POP. Use the POP account folders for accessing email and the KOC/KOFF folders for accessing all the other goodies. It works quite well for us.
