use your outlook client to create a folder in public folders to contain contacts information, this then becomes your global address book.

if your using entourage or outlook then yes provided you have opened up the correct ports in your firewall

about offline, i am sure you should be able to, as i think they sync the folders rather than reading them online

everyone within the kerio domain will be able to see the public folders, as this is also where you put public calendars as well

probably a good idea to update to 6.6.2 as well at your next convenience

the beta says something about Global Address Lists, so believe its being implemented in a more standard form
