This might be a really stupid question but everything I have found so far seems to relate to the windows version -

How do you stop / start & restart the mail server if its running on OS X?

I am trying to test recovering a mail box and it says it can't be running at the time, can someone tell me how to do this?

thanks

Martin

if you have physical access to the machine go to the system preferences and you'll find a kerio item that allows you to do it.
it seems that you can do it form the command line as well:
SystemStarter stop KerioMailServer
end then
SystemStarter start KerioMailServer
to bring it back up
but i have never done it this way.
I hope this helps.

On Leopard server use:
sudo /usr/local/kerio/mailserver/KerioMailServer stop
and
sudo /usr/local/kerio/mailserver/KerioMailServer start
