I have a problem when sending email from smtp relay, the message we get from postmaster is :

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, due to being unable to connect successfully to the destination mail server.

I open C:\Inetpub\mailroot\Queue folder and i found all email stuck on their folder i don't why, we can send email to gmail but we can't send to other domain.

For information:
- For mail server i use Kerio Mail Server.
- For smtp relay i use microsoft smtp virtual server.

Is anyone can help me solve this problem?

Obviously, sending from KMS to the Microsoft relay works, but then the Microsoft relay can't send the mail out for some reason.

This is a Microsoft related problem, not KMS.

You have to configure the Microsoft smtp virtual server to send the mails to the internet correctly. Please ask this question in a Microsoft forum.
