It's a nightmare,

we have about 200 users and those on Microsoft Outlook 2003 or 2007 keep on crashing all the time.

I have tried to desactivate SSL and compression if it fix the issue but it's still happening.

Outlook 2003 have SP3 update
Outlook 2007 have SP1 update without the 2 update pack that cause connection problem.

We use Kaspersky Buisness Anti-Virus latest version. SPAM and e-mail scan are desactivated since Kerio does it already.

Right now am facing multiple users that want to go back to POP since there no way to work with Outlook crashing 3 to 15 times a day.

Kerio MailServer 6.6.2 all updates done
Apple Xserve Intel
MacOSX Server 10.5.6 all update done
SDSL 4Mo + ADSL 20Mo (coupled) - Still have problem on the LAN
8Go RAM
2 1To RAID0 HD

We have a second server which have the same issue only difference are that there 750Go instead of 1To and 5Go of RAM instead of 5Go.

Windows station are runing on XP Pro with all update some station have 2 year some or brand new station all with minimum 2Go of RAM up to 3Go, all DualCore or QuadCore system.

Check to see if you have the following Microsoft updates installed. KB946983 and/or KB952142. If you have either or both of these pathces, uninstall them. There are many issues reported with these patches.

I knew about those two. None of our system have them install as said in the first post.

Have you tried removing the email account and the re-creating it.

I don't think that all Outlook crashing with brand new account is quite normal.

Only people with no issue are those still in POP or user on Mac....

But it is something I have seen, and recreating the account will sometimes correct the problem.

Also, if you haven't already check this KB article from Kerio it has some steps that can correct the problem.

I have in some case either remove the profile and had it recreated or just empty the cache on the computer.

None of those are fixing the issue.

The only thing I can think of, is making sure that the Data File for the Kerio account is the default data file. Other than that, it will need to be diagnosed by support at Kerio. Sorry I can't be more helpful than that.

It's always the default data file there no additional account in within the profile.
