If I have a Entourage Exchange account and the mail store on the server is gone, is there any way to recreate it on the server by reverse syncing from Entourage to the server to re-create it??

The only way I can think of doing this would be to get everything that is in the Exchange account into a local 'On My Mac' account. Recreate the Exchange account and then drag & drop the data back into the exchange account.

Make sure that you have a backup of your data before trying this.

You might also consider dragging each folder to the desktop. Entourage then creates an mbox data file. It is the fastest way I know of to create backup files of your mailboxes.

You can drag mbox files into your "Folders on My Computer" and import them into Mail.
