I'm receiving the following error:

The following error occured in your mail sorting script on
mail server at

FILEINTO ignored: message cannot be delivered to the same folder more than once

Commands will be ignored until you fix the error.

With regards,
Your Kerio MailServer 6.5.2 at

I have several scripts defined, how do I narrow down which one is generating the error?

How do I determine why the error is occurring?

I'm not seeing anything in the logs regarding this error, so it's tough to diagnose.

I'm open to suggestions on where to look to solve this.

Go to the debug log and turn on the debugging for Sieve Filters.

Go to the mail filters and view all rules: filterrules

Look for moving command without "Stop processing more rules". The message cannot be moved to two folders at once. So if there are two rules, only one of them can be applied - the rest must be skipped by using an option"Stop processing more rules".
