Is there anyway to audit Kerio mailserver account passwords to ensure that users are following the corporate password policy?

Our Kerio is standalone and is not tied in with AD or I could audit the passwords there. I would like to be able to determine, as an administrator, if a users password meets our company policy for length and complexity. I realize I would probably have to brute force a password file or something since I doubt this feature is built in but where is the file?

On a second note it would be nice to be able to enforce effective password policies straight from the gui, things like length, numbers, special characters and password aging would be great.
