Dear everyone,

I have an problem...Is there an tool to monitor all email traffic. Because I have some users saying they didn't receive any mail on their mailbox. The users have 2 email boxes. 1 is for the organization they work and one for the organization they are an agent of. They see that the mail from the specified sender is in there mailbox of the agents organization but not in their company box(organization where they work for). I wonder where it goes wrong. I checked the Spam log / Security log.. but no trace of the specified sender IP adress..

If it pass it will be in the "mail logs".
If it's considered as SPAM it will be in the spam logs"

If it not in one of those the e-mail never made it to your server.

Either you got some issue with your DNS setup either the guy at the other end got a issue with his.

Can you tell us what his your domain name so we can maybe run a check on your DNS setup if it seems ok?
