Hi all,
i've this strange (but more important) problem.
Today after a system reboot, kms doesn't grant login by anyone, pop or administration console too.

It still say login failed. I tried to reset admin password, but still can't connect.

I'm using KMS 6.1.4 on win 2k3 standard ed. It doesn't use active directory or any other single sign-on syustem, only pop3 plain authentication.

Please could help me? i've all my entire company locked down....

All your user information is stored in the

users.cfg

file. Check if that file is corrupted.

1. Check the warning and error log.
2. Check the mailserver.cfg file for email domain configuration.
3. Upgrade KMS. Version 6.1.4 is really old.
4. Contact our technical support - http://support.kerio.com

If you have a backup, try to restore the .cfg files.
