I just reset my Bayes filtering to see if I could clear up problems with spam not bing flagged and now I'm seeing errors like the following:

[28/Apr/2009 13:33:18] Message detected as spam with score: 3.41, threshold 3.00, From: bounce-anon-user=domain.com<_a.t_>craigslist.org, To: user<_a.t_>domain.com, Sender IP: 208.82.236.169, Subject: Cots, Message size: 3113

I have Craigslist in a custom rule set to accept the message.

My debug log has the following:

[28/Apr/2009 13:33:17][43213824] {spam} Spam Filter: calculating spam rating for message 49f73ddc-00000b48 from <bounce-anon-user=domain.com<_a.t_>craigslist.org> to <user<_a.t_>domain.com>...

[28/Apr/2009 13:33:18][43213824] {spam} Spam Filter: Custom spam rules check finished, adding score 0.00
[28/Apr/2009 13:33:18][43213824] {spam} Spam Filter: Message 49f73ddc-00000b48 from <bounce-anon-user=domain.com<_a.t_>craigslist.org> to <user<_a.t_>domain.com> got 3.41 hits, total spam score is 3.412

Shouldn't the accept rule override all of this?

Thanks in advance for any help & info.

Cheers,
Jon

AFAIK, the spam rule is run before any others.

Could you not add *<_a.t_>craigslist.com to the whitelist?

I've got the domain listed there (see attached picture).

Shouldn't that be enough to send the message on through?

Thanks.

Cheers,
Jon

Ah, a custom rule in the spam filter.

Huh. I dunno, then.
