Greetings Everyone.

At my site we have a problem after our ISP changed that we should use Secure POP3 (Port 995) for receving mails, and port 587 for sending mails using secure protocol.

We can send mails using the port 587 but we can't recevice mails, i have included our firewall setup for the NAT part, do i need something else for this to work for all clients on the lan side ?

Please help.

Kindly Regards
Glenn

Have you set the correct port for Pop3 in Outlook, usually under the 'advanced' tab on the ports page, look out for 'Connect Using Secure Connection', or change the standard port entry from 110 to 995. Apologies if you have already done this.

No need to apologize. but yes allready done this.. Outlook is setup correctly.

Thanks for answering, i hope there is one out there with a solution.

I have looked thru the P2P elimination part also to see if i have blocked the port there, but no.
