Hi,
did any of you find a way to restrict the use of webmail?
I would like to let some users only access webmail when they are in our company network while others should be able to use webmail also when they are traveling.
Why would I want this?
We have freelancers that use generic mail accounts.
The departments that hire those freelancers "forget" to inform us that the people have changed and so it turns out that we do not get this important information and cannot change the passwords.
Due to this the "old" freelancers still have access via webmail....
Best thing for us would be as I suggested above, to restrict the webaccess...
Do you have any ideas?

regards

Oliver

AFAIK there's no way of accomplishing this.

It would indeed be nice (many people have asked for this in this forum over the last few years) if we could configure, per user, which protocols are allowed as well as from which interfaces (LAN and/or WAN).

But as said: not currently possible AFAIK.
