I'm running Kerio Mail Server 6.6.2 build 7165 on a Mac Server 10.5

Calendar syncs up just fine, but the contacts are not syncing. I am getting an error when trying to sync the contacts.

[14/May/2009 11:56:45] ASyncKeyDatabase.cpp: ActiveSyncKeyInMemoryDatabase::GetKey: Unable to find synckey VD0yMDA5MDQyMVQxMTQzMjBaO1U9MTtGPTA7TT0xOw== in SyncKey table

Any ideas on what this error means?

It means the client is using old expired tokens for synchronization. Resetting synchronization on the device would solve it.

Yes that worked perfectly, thank you.

Note for others that do this... Manually back up your contacts from the device if the client was still adding them there. The device will be wiped after the reset and will re-download from the kerio server.
