Easy... Just add all the domains to KMS. In your example it would be weirddomain.com that would be the primary domain in KMS. Create the user John and
then he would get john<_a.t_>weirddomain.com.

In the other domains you can just create aliases that points the the user in the primary domain.

It would be nice if it would be that easy.

I have the same problem.

Multiple company and some user need email in different company.

Alias is one thing but sometime in buisness you need to answer under a certain company and not the other.

Kerio support only 1 e-mail account at the time. You would need to have multiple accounts.

On windows you will need multiple Outlook sessions.
On Mac Entourage support multiple Exchange account which is nice.

I hope Kerio is working on a solution to support multiple account personally.

If you are running on Windows i have manage to get my hand a script that allow Outlook to have multiple copies running at the same time, useally you can only have 1 Outlook open at the time but with that script you will be able to open multiple copies of Outlook.

Isn't this only a problem with Outlook in Exchange mode? If you were connecting with IMAP, or were using another email client, then you should be able to choose which email address you wish reply with.

It is not Kerio restriction. Outlook does not support more than one MAPI account in each profile.

You could add a IMAP account or POP account but it just s-cks you won't be able to use Kerio feature attach to this account.

Also it's been showed that having multiple account on a Kerio profile could be the cause of some problems. It could work fine but the day you will have problem with the account one of the first things Kerio will ask you is to get the others account in a seperate profile.

I would be nice if within a user we could have multiple account, receive all in the same mailbox but just been able to select from which e-mail we want to send from. You could always do the alias and everytime modify in the Kerio preference the "from" adress so the person on the other side think you are sending e-mail from domain2.com.
