Sorry if tyhis has been solved as a known issue. i googled all around for a couple hours looking for answer

i have outlook 2003 running on vista home premium 64bit

kerio outlook plugin was working great for a while.

there was a conflict with avast email protection. if i had avast running when i opened outlook it would cause issue with kerio plugin. i would tell it "do not disable plugin" then turn off avast and then restart outlook and it would work fine.

today i guess i accidentally clicked "disable this plugin" and so not my outlook taskbar icon has a red down arrow and says "kerio outlook connector - offline mode"

i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling kerio plugin and it stays in offline mode.

when i rightclick on inbox -> folder synch the box "enable synch of the folder" is checked and i click on the "reset synch" button which does nothing

how can i get my kerio outlook connector back to how it was downloading my email like it was before?

thanks,
Jason

sucks...

our mailserver went down for a while, my outlook plugin client has again gone into offline mode, and i cannot get it to turn back into online mode... i have several emails sitting in my outbox and am not getting any new emails. (a couple of my coworkers who use pop-3 to pull emails off our mailserver are now able to send and receive.
