I've searched around both the forums and the knowledge-base for an answer to these questions, but haven't been able to find one yet; I'm hoping someone can shed some light on my quandaries.

1) It used to be when we queried our kerio server using an LDAP client, it world return all the usernames/passwords in the internal database. Now it only appears to return results from the GAL; is this the expected behavior and should I just add all users to the GAL that I want to show in an LDAP search of the kerio server? There are several accounts that I'd like to be able to verify via LDAP, but not show up in the user address books. I suppose I could just add them manually to the admin account, but that seems like a lot of effort.

2) When created we set our server to have a single public folder for all domains; if I change this setting, what exactly will and won't happen? Will the /store/mail/#public folder be untouched? Or will it move into the primary domain? Will the other domains just have blank #public folders created? Can I simply switch it back with no loss of data?
