So how do you go about RE-Categorizing a page that has been incorrectly categorized by Cobion? Once again, my old system set up was ISA, SurfControl, and Symantec but I decided to try Kerio since it has ALL IN ONE. Smile SurfControl allows you to integrate with ISA and has categorizations also, but you could always REMOVE the category for a specific page or recategorize it. Cobion is so integrated that there is no separate interface to modify it or is there?

Help? Possible? Update?

To request a categorizing or a Re-Categorizing of one or more URLs, please use the following website:

http://filterdb.iss.net/urlcheck/url-report.asp

If the suggetsion makes sense, it will be fixed in a few hours.

Very true.

You could also put a site on the 'ISS Orangeweb whitlist' (Admin Console, HTTP Policy, ISS OrangeWeb Filter). I use this for sites that are incorrectly classified as something I block until the site is properly updated in the online database.
