Since Monday, Kerio Offline crashes on several PC. It works some minutes or some hours and then crashs.
They have Outlook XP or Outlook 2007.
We have the message "Kerio create an error..." (or something like that).
We uploaded sometimes the "crash text" to Kerio.
Computers with KOFF outside our network crash, but not these in our network.

I don't know if it can help: We migrated from Kerio Mailserver 6.6.2 Patch 2 to 6.7.0 last Thursday.

Any idea?

Thanks.

Hello,
I have the same issues.
Is seems there is a problem in 6.7.0 KOFF.

Today there was 6 crashes on various machines, before 6.7.0 there was about 1-2 "known crashes" per month.

I have about 40 KOFF machines, all on Windows XP and Office 2003 (SP3).

Regards,

Kacper

I have information from our kerio support.
They confirmed this problem and assured that they are working on patch for "Fixed KOffBackend.exe unexpected shutdown caused by synchronization of certain folders".

New version should be availble in a few days.

Regards.
