I got this high result of AWL and MSGID result.

What are the causes of such? Any possible remedy?

Thanks in advance.

MSGID_MULTIPLE_AT means a message id with multiple <_a.t_> has been found. See details at:

http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/Rules/MSGID_MULTIPLE_AT

AWL is the Auto-Whitelist. Obviously it has learned from previous mails that the sender is bad.

MSGID_MULTIPLE_AT means the message-ID contained more than one AT-sign (the curly alpha sign, as in email addresses). This is invalid according to the RFCs governing the SMTP protocol.

The AWL score is based on statistics. The Automatic Whitelisting keeps track of what score the various senders got in the spamfilter and tries to adjust the AWL rule score towards the average score. In short: if you earlier received a single, high-scoring email from a sender, the second AWL invocation on the same sender will be higher than the first. And vice versa, of course.

I assume this was a legitimate mail? If it was, the sender's mail system is broken or is MS Exchange. The latter doesn't generate the message-ID header at all (for "privacy reasons" Rolling Eyes ), leaving the required header to be generated by other possibly broken systems between the sender's outbox and your inbox.
