Reinstalling KMS was a bit overkill in this situation, because the rejection happens at the receiving server. The best action you can take is to study the rejection message that the sender got, or ask the mail admin at the other end about the rejection. You should also check with http://openrbl.org/ if your mailserver's external IP is blacklisted anywhere.

There is plenty of reasons why one address can send to a domain but another on from the same domain can't: content rejection, users are subscribing to different filtering methods, blacklisted email address etc. etc.

Thanks for your help TorW.
As i can send mimi2<_a.t_>xxx.com to tuntun<_a.t_>yyy.com directly without passing KMS on the same IP, while passing KMS is not OK.
So I think the problem is KMS, so I tried to reinstall KMS as remove the mimi2<_a.t_>xxx.com email account and readded is not OK. Is it possible KMS treat mimi2<_a.t_>xxx.com is black list? If so how to remove mimi<_a.t_>xxx.com from black list?

Thanks,
tee

There is no internet black list for email addresses as far as I know, but the receiving system may have blacklisted it on their side. That's probably not the reason though: are you sure the recipient (tuntun) exists? A 550 rejection code means the mailbox is unavailable.

The error numbers mean the following:

550 - The requested command failed because the user's mailbox was unavailable (for example because it was not found, or because the command was rejected for policy reasons).

5.3.2 System not accepting network messages.

To find the detailed reason for this you must post the message which you get back here. The receiving server (yyy.com) must give back a more detailed error message which you will find in the non-delivery-report.

I suspect your server is on a black list, but without knowing your server IP address I can't do any analysis.

I doesn't help to re-install the KMS server.
