[08/Jun/2009 22:07:49] DNS failure while trying to find address ###.###.###.##.zen.spamhaus.org in blacklist SpamHaus SBL-XBL

Lots of these logs in the Logs->Warning.

What are these? Will it not slow the server?

Thanks.

Yes, it will slow the reception of mail to a certain degree, because the server which Kerio runs on will have to wait until the DNS server comes back with an error or times out.

What DNS setup do you have? It looks like it's broken ...

It could be caused by temporary error on DNS server of your provider (or whatever DNS server you use). Or, which is more probable, SpamHaus is blocking the requests due to violation of usage rules for ZEN blacklist. Please read http://www.spamhaus.org/organization/dnsblusage.html for more info. If the DNS server of your provider has been blocked, you need to use another DNS server like OpenDNS.
