[15/Jun/2009 16:39:18] ASyncAirSync.cpp: ActiveSyncAirSync::ProcessCollection: Unable to open folder with CollectionId: a0e7eff0-cf11-4e32-9d72-cd82a17962bc

I have thousands of these, every couple seconds. Multi megabytes worth in my Error log file.
I suppose everyone else has this problem and ignores it?

Is the folder CollectionId: a0e7eff0-cf11-4e32-9d72-cd82a17962bc a Public folder or a User's folder? ActiveSync will not sync public folders (last time I checked). If it's a User's folder, make sure the user can access it normally with a normal mail client. Assuming that's good, turn on the ActiveSync debug & see what it says. It may point you in the right direction.

Good luck.

Hi Stewie, thanks for the reply.
I don't know which folder that is. I found no documentation to find out how to identify it. I noticed some log files littered through folders have some IDs that look similar...but still can't be sure. If I knew what folder it is I can do something with it.
Regards
