I have just started using Clamav as AVG no longer supports Kerio.
I am seeing this error message in the Clamav logs.
WARNING: ScanStream 1527: Size limit reached (max: 10485760).
I then think I matched it up with an invalid content message from Kerio.
The attached message did not pass through the server content filter:
Problem: Virus found
MIME type: application/pdf
File name: June dist Program.pdf
Error: Unable to scan the file. File size exceeds the limit in ClamAV configuration.
Antivirus: Clam AntiVirus

In the config file I see that pdf scanning is turned off by default. I followed the knowledge topic in Kerio web site on setting up Clamav but it does not mention anything about these issues.

As I am new to Clamav was hoping someone might have some ideas.

you can set the stream size for scanned files in the clamav config file. the line you must edit is

StreamMaxLength 200M

when it is not there, you can insert this line as new

the scanning of pdf files i would btw. set to "true"
