Hi all,

today I upgraded to latest version of KMS and KOFF. Few users have to recreate thier profile to synchronize correctly. But after that, one of these users is now experiencing problem:

Unable to load personal free/busy data. 0x80040201: MAPI_E_UNKNOWN_ENTRYID

Anyone came across this problem before and know how to correct it?

Thanks

Has anyone found a fix for this issue. We are experiencing exactly the same thing.

I place a ticket for this issue, and a solution provided by kerio support is:

1. Stop KMS
2. Delete (or move) "__keriomapi__STORE" folder for affected users.
3. Start KMS
4. Clear cache on user's computer and then start outlook.

This will force KMs to create new MAPI folder with correct values.
