Information about the config files can be gleaned by browsing through the forums and possibly asking the right questions. The file organization is usually (my opinion) self documenting and the layout is not cryptic.

There is no user documentation for mailserver.cfg, nor for most of the files that you can see. Messing around with them can kill your system. Unless specifically instructed to do so by kerio, any unauthorized manual changes to these files can nullifies any support warrantee you may have. The only way you are supposed to change anything is through the supplied administration programs and supported menu selectiomn in kerio webmail and the email clients..

Having said that, those of us who do make changes know the risks, generally make backups of anything we may change so that if there is a problem, we can undo any damage to restore functionality.
