hey there,

i'm currently trying around with kerio mail server and have the following problem. one user has several subfolders like "BUSINESS" and "PRIVATE" in his inbox but these folders do not show up in webmail or Outlook -> i deleted the *.fld files in the subfolders because of wrongly indexed mails and thought this would fix it.
The whole structure of email subfolders is still in the store/mail folder BUT when i restart Kerio it does only index the inbox, it seems like it does not recognize the subfolders.

How may I fix this?? Guess it's just the deletion of a cache or index file (I already tried emptying the cache in Outlook, this did not help). Thanks for your help!

Is KMS in trial mode or properly licensed?
What does the error and debug log say?
I'm afraid you will have to contact our technical support at http://support.kerio.com so we can help you.

hey there, it's in trial mode as we are currently just testing.
ok so the debug log tells me that the folder_manager.cpp could not create message directory and that corrupted folder data were found when trying to open and create a folder (this is repetative for each main folder like inbox, deleted items etc.)
absolutely no idea what this problem causes...
