I got a message bounced that stated it was bounced because my mail server was not reporting the Fully Qualified Domain Name. Only the Computer name was being given in the helo command. What should I check to fix this error?

Check Domains-> Internet hostname if there is your full hostname including domain.

PetrDobry,

Thank you sooo much, I don't know how many times I looked at that settings page and kept overlooking that section at the top. That fixed the issue.

What do you mean by full hostname including domain?

Say my company is acme.com
My email address is otzenaj<_at_>acme.com

What would my full hostname including domain be?

Thanks
