Hello, we are working with the Office Resource Kit to create a .PRF file to change the location for the auto-archive pst, create the profiles, etc. ( http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ork2003/HA011402581033.asp x) as is the only option to do it for all the users but in the manuals from Microsoft talks about the default services NOT Kerio then we don't know the values for KERIO

Any help with this ...

Short version: KOC has to be manually configured for every user.

I asked support for this information a few months ago (ticket # DDO-457306), but Kerio wouldn't or couldn't give it out. Whether it's because it actually can't be done or support didn't know what on earth I was talking about, I don't know.

There is a document somewhere on Microsoft's web pages describing how you experiment to find the settings for the PRF file, but with KOC this is an extremely time consuming and tedious task. I know, because I tried. In the end it was quicker to just manually configure all the clients.

I have found a solution !! is a third tool and is very easy to use and config, but only for the auto-archive question they don't support the "others" option in the outlook Sad

Outlook Profiler 2.3

Regards.
