The Undeliverable Mail notification sent when the SPF check fails includes a URL that intends to explain the cause of the failure. This URL contains a domain name (openspf.com) that doesn't respond. e.g.,
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.7.0 Please see
   http://www.openspf.com/why.html?sender=test%40example.com&ip=(sender IP)&receiver=(KMS server)

The URL does resolve if you manually change the ".com" to ".org" in the browser.

I cannot locate this string in any user-editable file.

KMS 6.7.0 on OS X 10.5.7
This will also be submitted as a support ticket.

EDIT: Forgot to include location and DNS info. Location is Toronto, Canada. DNS servers are 66.241.143.34 & 66.241.128.15. Host www.openspf.com resolves to IP 76.79.20.188, while www.openspf.org resolves to 76.79.58.174. Traceroute to either address stops after one hop, which tells me nothing.

This is hard-coded in mailserver.exe (in a Windows environment):

Please see http://www.openspf.com/why.html?sender=%{S}&ip=%{C}&receiver=%{R} v=spf1 include:spf.trusted-forwarder.org

So Kerio needs to change it.
