Hi all,
I know its not what a lot of people like doing but unfortunately, I have been asked to..
I need to copy what a user is sending. At the moment I have created a new user and got mail forwarding set up to duplicate what is coming in and enter the new users inbox as well as the original. But i don't seem to be able to duplicate what is being sent. Is there a way of doing this without the user knowing.
Thanks for your help.

You can use the archive option,

enable archiving,
login in webmail as admin
there you see the mails send in de archive selection.

Thanks for this unfortunately I'm not sure about the archiving facility yet, so i haven't turned it on. This is due to not being sure if users are able to access their archived files and if they can search through them? At the moment they do it manually.
Is there an alternative or can they search the archives.
Thanks.

Archived mails are not accessible by users by default. So you can turn on archiving and then you will see the received and sent mails of all users (as admin). The archived mails are copies, so the amount of disk space you use will double.
